The companies existing provider could not attend a refrigeration breakdown within the time frame that the client wanted. So they contacted us. We attended the breakdown immediately and fixed the problem in the first visit.

Because of our proactive approach we are now the customers preferred supplier for all refrigeration and air conditioning servicing and maintenance issues. The power station has a very stringent on site security policy and because of this the previous supplier had to be escorted the whole time they were at the station. We were willing to attend on site security training which means we can be unescorted, thus saving the client valuable resources.

Because of the type of industry it is imperative that we react extremely quickly and understand the intricacies of the industry.
